(1) Lubricating grease should be added to the box bearing in time. After 500 hours of operation, all lubricating grease should be replaced once. (Lubricating grease should be added properly before the new machine runs, and oil should be replaced after 200 hours of operation.)

(2) Other bearing parts should be regularly greased.

(3) Hard weight hammer is forbidden to be used in the disassembly and assembly of screw, screw sleeve and other vulnerable parts. Heavy weight or standing person are forbidden to be placed in the expansion chamber.

(5) Expanded raw materials should be cleaned up to prevent foreign bodies such as metals from entering the machine and damaging its parts.
