How to Determine the Power of Microwave Drying Equipment

Release time:2018/11/05 views:

Many customers who don't know the truth only pursue low price. When they buy microwave drying equipment, after getting a company's plan and quotation, they will find another company to ask for quotation. Some manufacturers, in order to pursue the negotiation of orders, try to reduce production costs after negotiation and set the so-called 30 kW equipment. The equipment with input power of 30 kilowatt is manufactured. The practical application power is about 22 kilowatt. This is a problem that many application manufacturers tend to overlook in negotiation. How to determine the power of microwave drying equipment?

First of all, as microwave equipment, because of its wide range of applications, it can be used as food drying equipment, wood drying equipment, or chemical raw materials drying equipment. When drying different products, because the original water content and final water content requirements of products are not necessarily, so the power of drying equipment is also. Different, the power needs to be determined according to the final water requirement and the amount of water needed to be dried per hour. For example, to dry the condiment with 40% initial water content to the dry product with 5% moisture content and to dry 60 kg of water per hour, a microwave dryer with 60 kW output power needs to be customized, but if the initial water content is 40%, a microwave dryer with 60 kW output power needs to be customized. Chemical products with 30% moisture content are dried to 0.1% moisture content, and 60 kilograms of water are also dried every hour, which requires at least 80 kilowatts of microwave output power. And the power density, length and width of the two devices are very different when they are manufactured.

Therefore, when purchasing microwave drying equipment, it is necessary to determine the output power of the equipment and customize the equipment according to the requirements of the output, instead of purposefully saying a power and then making inquiries everywhere, so that most of the equipment purchased is inappropriate, only because of small losses.
